We were engaged from concept stage onwards to develop the clients request for a ‘green’ building whilst operating within budgetary targets.

AMEX House - Brighton
Stanton Consulting have recently started work with American Express, the financial services giant, to develop a new £140m headquarters in Brighton.

Amex will begin construction of the 200,000 sq ft property — which will be 10% bigger than Amex House — in March 2010 and it will take two years. The new office is a part of Amex’s “global improvement” programme.

St Pauls Square, Liverpool
Engaged by NG Bailey Stanton Consulting were responsible for the mechanical design on Phase 3 of this prestigious development.

The scheme required extremely accurate co-ordination to ensure spatial requirements were compatible with the mechanical elements.

University of Hertfordshire
Engaged by MITIE Engineering Services, Stanton Consulting were responsible for the full M&E design for the refurbishment of the Hutton Hall complex.

This involved the development of the former Students Union to open plan and modular office and meeting space and the conversion of open plan space to three lecture theatres.

Guildford Civic Hall
Stanton Consulting have recently been engaged to carry out the full M&E design on this prestigious £24 million development to build the new 1,700-capacity Guildford Civic Hall. Work should start on site later this year and the new Guildford Civic should be ready to host its first events in 2010.

RAF Halton
Stanton Consulting have designed and specified an 80kW Air Source system for use on the base. This is one of the first instances of the use of renewable energy sources within the MoD. We were also instrumental in guiding the base with regards to available subsidies relating to the use of Air Source Heat Pumps.

Dimplex Accreditation
Following successful training Stanton Consulting are pleased to announce that they are now fully accredited by Dimplex for the design and specification of Air Source & Ground Source Heat Pumps.

Sentrum V
Stanton Consulting have recently completed the M&E design for a Tier II Data Centre in Rugby. On behalf of HP, Sentrum commissioned ourselves for the full design package. This was implemented using Sentrums’ ‘Fast Track’ Design process which saw full completion in 12 weeks from start date.
