Manor Bakeries is the branded cake business within Premier Foods, the largest food company in the UK and Ireland. This includes the companies largest bakery at Carlton.

Due to our extensive experience within this area, we were chosen to carry out GAP analysis surveys into the engineering departments throughout the group.

Reporting to board level, these illuminating reports gave an objective view of the status of the respective departments with regard to operational requirements and the businesses own development aspirations.

As such they were used as a vital tool in both the justification and planning for the future growth of the business.
