Engaged by MITIE Engineering Services we were responsible for the full M&E design for the refurbishment of the Hutton Hall complex.

This involved the development of the former Students Union to open plan and modular office and meeting space and the conversion of open plan space to three lecture theatres.

The design incorporated :

• Natural ventilation Study
• Mechanical & mixed mode ventilation
• Full electrical design
• Full thermal model
• Heating & Cooling design
